Founded in 2023 as Research Gears and evolved into Gears Analytics in 2025, our name reflects a core belief: connected knowledge, people and systems drive movement and growth.
We are not a conventional technology company. We ask questions, conduct research, understand users, analyse systems and discover opportunities before design, engineering and implementation.
